Service Description
🔹 These sessions offer a calm, respectful space for young people to explore who they are and how they experience the world. 🔹 For many teens, especially following a diagnosis or during periods of difficulty, there can be confusion, frustration, or a sense of not fully fitting in. This work focuses on building understanding, self-awareness, and confidence in a way that feels safe and empowering. 🔹 Together, we explore identity, emotional regulation, and what helps them feel more settled in themselves. The aim is not to change who they are, but to support them in understanding themselves and navigating their world with more ease. 🔹 What’s included: • 1:1 teen sessions • A safe, non-judgemental space • Understanding neurodivergence in an accessible way • Support with emotional regulation • Building self-advocacy and confidence • Practical strategies for school and daily life 🔹 This may be helpful for young people who: • Have received (or are exploring) a diagnosis • Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or misunderstood • Are struggling in school or socially • Are finding it hard to express what they need • Would benefit from a space that feels safe and respectful 🔹 Important to know: These sessions are paced gently and always centered on the young person’s comfort and readiness. There is no pressure to talk or engage in any particular way. If you’re unsure whether this feels like the right step, you’re very welcome to begin with a parent consultation. 🔹 To learn more: Please use the Contact Form or, Whats App: 087 7161896
